transcoding on the fly for those that dont using mediatomb, we are still
musing over the thought of putting ubuntu on the PS3 but heard it doesnt
make full use of the cores so if anyone can confirm that, that would be

Você pode criar um script com o formato:

Salva o script e coloca ele na sessão do Gnome para o usuário.
Outra opção seria colocar o path do script dentro de ~/.profile.

Fico grato pela atenção... Consegui resolver da seguinte forma :
Criei um arquivo #sudo vi ~/.xprofile (Obs: dica de um forum que não me
lembro mais)
e nele digitei os comandos que necessitava :
iwconfig wlan0 rate 11M fixed
export

Fiz o que foi sugerido pelo Jean Pierre (a quem agradeço especialmente),
desinstalei o sun-java6-doc e resolveu o problema.

galera me tirem uma dúvida sobre LDAP+FTP
no caso, estou fazendo um pequeno laboratório, montei um LDAP e estou usando
pra autenticar usuários do samba, agora eu quero expandi-lo para o FTP, ou
seja, fazer com que o ftp se autentique no LDAP.
O servidor LDAP+SAMBA tá numa máquina virtual,
Eu não sei onde errei.
Mas quando clico para abrir uma pasta, na TV, ele envia para o monitor.
Então não consigo assistir ao videos na tv.
Onde estou errando??

Tenho um Dell 1525 que tem uma entrada para SD/MMC Card. Alguém já
conseguiu fazer o dispositivo funcionar? Mesmo subindo manualmente o módulo
sdricoh_cs, ao espetar o Card nada acontece ...
De o comando lsusb e mande a saída para cá.
