préinstalado.
O preço foi muito bom e estava quase R$ 300,00 mais barato que o mesmo
computador com
Windows.
Eles não podem
Não sei como está agora mas creio que a informação de não haver direito a
reembolso é improcedente. Comprei meu Inspiron 5447 no ano passado e não
tive problema algum em receber o reembolso pela licença do Windows que
nunca ativei.

I had exactly the same problem. The website says it but there are no links
to actual machines, it's strange. I phoned them up and asked about the
phantom Ubuntu machines and after a bit of discussion they gave me a quote
on a netbook that I saw that was listed as running Windows.
