Both Koha and Calibre are FLOSS solutions that literally require nothing more
than installation, and then adding the data for the books. (There are also
other reasons why those are more practical solutions than rolling one's own.)

2013 is too incompatible with MSO 2013, to be useful for
anything more sophisticated than constructing a document that will never be
read, much less printed out.
