Hi In general, if your device support GSM AT commands it will usually work with kannel. Check with the manufacturer of your dongle. There are some issues with multi-modem/multi-sim devices where you need to specify to which port/sim/modem you are sending the sms to. There was a code modification

Hi About support 24x7, don't know. Dlrs are lost if you do not store them in a db. Kannel will requeue stored messages after restarting with what it had queued. No need to do anything. In order to have kannel store the messages you need to define a store location. Check manual for details. Note
