configured against sogo 2.3.8-1. No other adressbooks involed.
Sogo-Connector does not trigger a sync after editing any record from

oh wow, that did indeed the trick on both the demo and my server.
However for some reason, I had to first remove all the test address
books, then restart Thunderbird and re add it. Maybe I hit some state
bug with Thunderbird 38.5.1.

Enable debug logging on your IMAP server and look how SOGo tries to

Recommended IMAP servers for SOGo are Cyrus IMAP or Dovecot. Both support sieve
and can provide a sieve service on port 4190 that you need to provide
configuration for normal users.
You will have a lot of fun making any other solution work, but I think that’s
not what you want.

Sorry for replying to myself again, but I can't get this off my mind.
I reinstalled funambol again today, this time version 8.7.0 together with
funambol-sogo-1.0.8, as described in the manual. SOGo itself is at version
1.3.6.
The error still is exactly the same, no matter which client (Android
below and
fail.
I found out that this is probably caused by a non-JSON reply, but that is
pretty much all I have, my Java knowledge being practically non-existant.
Has anybody else run into this problem?
