It has actually been renamed to xwiki-platform-administration-ui. You
can find it on
http://maven.xwiki.org/releases/org/xwiki/platform/xwiki-platform-administration-ui/.

It looks like it is dependent upon how the java server was started.

Sandbox pages are still XWiki 1.0 syntax
That leads to funny consequences.
1) When i click on Edit i get the "unsupported browser" warning
This i think is relatively easy to fix, even if boring.
Frankly, sandbox is intended to teach user of current syntax, not of
obsolete one.

Maybe they can have the page but not that value ?
And it looks fragile.
What if those XAR's would have different snapshots of the page - the outcome
would depend upon order they were applied in ?

Once again having one such failed restart...
Somehow, this may be related to the programming permission model.
One thing that we call steadily on all pages is
$xwiki.includeTopic('Admin.Configuration', false)
and I think this is the one that fails often.
