I'm thinking of doing three upcoming Tuesday FlashMeetings from 4pm-7pm PST (7pm-10pm EST). Europe is about 8 hours ahead (give or take 1-2 hours) so this would allow Europeans who stay up late around midnight to join. I'll see of the three upcoming Tuesday FlashMeetings if there's an average
