I took a look at the notes on the Developers site and your answer is no.
Apparently, it isn't even useful for treadmill use as it uses the GPS to
measure distance and speed along with elevation. I wish I knew this before I
bought it as I do most of my walking on a treadmill indoors.

from those you follow. You only get messages from the people you follow,
not those who follow you.
You can make a list or several lists of people, one for friends, one for
business, for example so you only see the ones
One thing that has made the difference for that is to double tap the
button that hides the recipients. I forget what it is called. I assume
it is still there with the exchange mail as well as with IMAP. Don't
see why it wouldn't be, but then I don't see why VO can't just read
the freaking body
