The strength of the WiFi signal can be easily verified by checking the status bar just to the left of the time, if there are 2 or 3 bars then it’s fine, if there is only 1 maybe it could be a problem. Most likely the WiFi is simply slow, when I spent a lot of time at the hospital with my wife
