As much as I like Voice Dream Reader I don’t agree that it should read the NLS books. The Bard app works quite well and is free. I believe that the NLS books should remain protected since they are a special benefit for those of us who can not read the written book. I know this is a personal

I could not find any option to add the Assistive Touch to the Control Center. Do you have to have that feature already running on the device for it to show up in the list of items which can be added? -Original Message- From: M. Taylor Sent: Wednesday, May 1, 2019 9:26 PM To:

I also use Pop on my computer and don’t see why it should be avoided if it is my preference. My question is, if I put the same account on the IPhone using IMap, when I delete the email on the phone, will it delete it from the server? I will use my pop account to download what I wish to keep so

I think the reset option is a bit drastic for what Robin is wanting. It erases more than just passwords if you do the complete reset including all the apps you have downloaded, etc. If you are talking about just resetting the network setting, that is a different matter. -Original

Re: ReStart

Maybe I am not understanding what you consider a restart. It is similar to doing a restart on a PC. Which model phone are you using? The method is different beginning with the seven from all prior models. A re-set puts the phone back into factory condition and erases all your settings and data.

Actually the restart on the IPhone does the same, it shuts down the phone and then reboots. This can often correct minor glitches and I have used it a number of times on several different IPhones. -Original Message- From: Sieghard Weitzel Sent: Wednesday, April 17, 2019 10:38 PM To:

Richard, I am not sure about the seven but with the IPhone eight, you have to press the volume up key and release, then press the down volume key and release, then press and hold the power button for fifteen to thirty seconds. And it is hit or miss getting it to work. From: Richard Turner

When you go into the assistive touch settings: do not turn the feature on until you have selected the functions for each gesture. Go down to the area where you can customize the menu. Remember that a single tap is actually the double tap for users of voiceover and the double tap is a triple
