I think the reset option is a bit drastic for what Robin is wanting. It erases more than just passwords if you do the complete reset including all the apps you have downloaded, etc. If you are talking about just resetting the network setting, that is a different matter.

Dear Robin & List:
If you want too reboot the phone after an IOS update and find it is still working strangely, go to settings general, select reset at the bottom of the list. Select reset everything. This does a more comprehensive clear-out of the phone, erasing any junk left from the IOS upgrade. You may lose network passwords; however it is worth it to have to re-input them.

That's Not what I'm Talking About, I'm Looking to ONLY Restart NOT Shut Down or Power Off.

If you are talking about a simply shut-down of the phone and then
powering it up again then that is done with the power button on all
phones. You just push and hold the power button on the side of the
phone until the message pops up on the screen asking you if you want to
shut down the phone, then tap OK.
To turn it back on you can simply plug it in to a Lightning cable and
it will turn on or press and hold the power button for about 4 or 5
seconds and wait about 10 to 20 seconds depending on phone model.

How do Users, who are Totally Blind perform a Restart on an Apple
iPhone with a Physical Home Button (i.e., iPhoneSE) as well as one
without a Home Button (i.e., iPhoneXS Max)?

Thank You for taking the Time out of your Busy Day & Schedule to Read
