Mary, I'm not usually a fan of what I'm going to suggest because it sounds like one of those standard boilerplate recommendations but you might delete and reinstall the Audible app. I'm only suggesting this if you're sure you have the most recent version installed and you haven't downloaded

That is certainly interesting. I have two phones, both of which have my Audible account on them, and I never see that choice for return or exchange in the menu and I have tried for several books on each phone. It’s absolutely not there. And as far as I know, my Audible is up-to-date. Very weird

, you need to download the audible software and then you just go to your library on the audible website and download the items. Then you open the audible software and copy the books from there and copy them to your player. If you need help, you can always call audible, they are always very helpful
