I don't think you can create an account from the Bard app. You have to have an
account. Then you can login. Do you have an account with Bard or are you
registered with your regional library?

I installed the BARD app on my 4S. Searching on library of congress and then
flicking a few times through the picker gives you the app. All you need is a
BARD log in, and you are good to go.

If you will enter BARD in capital letters, and then Mobile (the M is
capitalized but I'm not sure that matters as much I think you will find it
comes p much more easily. You can also enter library of congress though there
are quite a few under that.

can tell they put a lot of thought into it!
