Hi I got mine to work what I did was tap on the edit box that asks for your phone number. So I put that in with area code first and then went and pout in my password and then put in my e-mail address. Then once I had all of that entered in. I hit done and then tapped on next and then it worked

I have never paid for the full version of you mail. You mail disables your voice mail on your phone itself. It is a pretty straight forward process. Just let your phone ring when it is trying to set up the app. I had that issue. The app will even clearly say, it will be ringing your phone
