That is true, but Shaf is correct in saying that Apple I think sometimes does
not fix bugs reported during the beta cycle where they probably could do so.
iOS 10 has been a pretty good release, but if you think back at iOS 9 and that
nasty bug where the phone would become totally unresponsive
Well, yes, but not everyone tests the Beta and bugs are often detected after
the real version is released.

Simon,
Based on what your iPhone 5S is reporting in Settings, you're still running iOS
9.3.5. I would expect that if you start the update to iOS 10, it will offer you
the latest version of that which is available. When I updated my iPhone 6 to
iOS 10 from 9.3.5 using iTunes, I had already
It just shows me ios10, no 10.02. In the about section i have 9.3.5,

I updated my iPhone 5s and my iPod Touch 6 to iOS 10.0.2.

not 10.0.2, and no update is showing up under Settings, General, Software
Update, try rebooting your phone, because the 5s certainly can take the latest
Is the recent update to ios only available to certain phones? I dont get that
on the 5S.

Because Apple take forever to fix bugs--even when we report them in the

No, I wasn’t asking about VO fixes. Someone asked why update the software. I
was answering that question. This update was done not long after the software
was released to the public. With all the bug reports we presented, I didn’t
think many if any would be resolved that quick. Thank you anyway
In this update, no voiceover bugs are resolved.

Yep. That email freezing bug is extremely frustrating.
Also, some VoiceOver users have a weird page scrolling bug where
VoiceOver will randomly attempt to scroll through different pages on
your home screen. This also happened with me when restoring an iOS device.
Also, why was the Audio
My feels also. Let's hope they do something about email, both the freezing
when sending and braille bugs soon.
