When I got my 5s, the guy at the A T and T store told me that for the best results, wash your hands first with soap and water. So I did that and it worked just fine. From time to time I may have a problem with the sensor not reading my finger print and I get a try again message. If it fails

I've had issues with my 6 with it not recognizing my fingerprint. It was one of those things that happened for while and then it worked for awhile. Since I've had the 6S though, rarely have I had issues with having either my thumb or index fingers not recognized. Usually when it occurs, my fingers

Mine is never accepted, tried at least 25 times in the past, gave up. I joke about having typed all my fingerprints off after 39 years of medical transcription! LOL. Either the process is not explained well or I just do not have what it takes, I gave up, does not work for me at all. Rose
