When I got my 5s, the guy at the A T and T store told me that for the best results, wash your hands first with soap and water. So I did that and it worked just fine. From time to time I may have a problem with the sensor not reading my finger print and I get a try again message. If it fails

Mine is never accepted, tried at least 25 times in the past, gave up. I joke about having typed all my fingerprints off after 39 years of medical transcription! LOL. Either the process is not explained well or I just do not have what it takes, I gave up, does not work for me at all. Rose
