Another option for menus if you know ahead of time where you are going is
checking to see if the menu is online before you go to the restaurant.

can easily skim my fingers down my braile display advancing very quickly
to where I want whereas sighted people often tell me the things they
think look good, and allaccess is great, but sometimes, the restaurants
don't have
In my opinion, using the KNFB reader for one of it's intended purposes is not
showing off, any more than using your iPhone to make a phone call. You are not
proclaiming to the entire restaurant, or to those at your table, that you can
do this, and isn't it mind blowing? Hey, look what I can do
