Many thanks, Richard. Putting the comma between the city and the state and using the two-letter state abbreviation did the trick. I don't believe I've yet to use an app on my iPhone that was so demanding as to the search syntax. I really do appreciate all the help. Alan Sent from my iPhone

So, by restoring, you double checked in the settings, general, keyboard and made sure it had full access, right? I just wanted to make sure you had actually checked the settings. If you did and the settings are correct, then perhaps you need to talk directly with Apple Accessibility support.

Hi Sieghard, I just asked Siri "what is my battery level" using my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.3.4. Siri's response was to look for the battery icon in the upper right of the screen. She also mentioned where battery percentage could be turned on in the settings. I guess getting useful
