Yes, it does work but not consistently for me. It seems to depend on where you
double tap and hold. I've had more success tapping on the username then
flicking left to go to the various options.
Hope this might encourage everyone to try this some more. I did not realise it

Thanks, Mary. I must have dreamed that you could do a single finger double tap
and hold to bring up a floating sidebar menu that would allow you to copy
selected text. If I've ever gotten such a thing to work, it's not working
anymore so I'll stick to the rotor edit option.

Hi Alan,
If I understand you correctly, you will need to use the rotor, but it's not
that far to go to the edit setting, where you can flick to find copy if it
isn't already selected choice. Double tap and you're good to go.

There is an app, called truecaller, but this does not block calls from "no

Well, I gather that AT has started some kind of spam blocking service, but I
am not an AT customer. And if you have android, there are call blocking apps.
So I was hoping there might be something for the iPhone as well. I know about

I use the Do Not Disturb feature to stop the phone from ringing then I use the

Hello Mary,
To block a number, it does not have to be in contacts. You can go to
your recents tab and tap on the more info button. You can then find
the block this caller option and double tap it.
If you ever want to unblock it, the number will be visible under the
call blocking settings.
This is
Thanks Anthony, but I know that.
Mary was looking for a way to prevent calls before having to do that, which you
can kind of do in the messages app.
Say, if someone calls who is not in my contacts, they are blocked without me
having to take the time to manually block them.
And, just to be
Richard; if you go into your recent calls list you'll find the number that is
calling you. When you find it just double tap in that number and hit I think
it's details or more information. Then at the bottom of the contact card
you'll see that you have the option to block the call. I hope
I don't know of anything like that for phone calls. Text messages from people
not in your contacts can be filtered into a different list etc.
I'd like the same option with the phone.

It seemed like this was hit or miss in Win10- or perhaps it is just hit and

I know it is possible to block unwanted calls from a known number. That is, you
get a call, you don't want to hear from that number anymore, and you tell The

The possible lag is my biggest concern as well. A few years ago, I

them impossible for me to use while typing using the on-screen key
board. I would be very interested in learning whether or not the lag

I don’t believe they have any active noise cancelling capability and I’d say
that they block out as much noise as the earPods (i.e. very little) so you are
always aware of what’s going on around you.
In my experience they also leak as much noise as the normal earPods (i.e. not
