Carla, When I went in and purchased my iPhone 7 I had backed up my phone on iCloud. The associate at my Verizon Store imported everything from my iCloud and I believe my Gmail settings were included as it automatically showed up in my Mail app. Sorry you are having so much trouble with this.

You can drag apps and drop them into the dock if there is space and if you are not trying to add them to a folder. I just tested it. The suggestion to move the folder out of the dock, add an app to it, then move it back sounds like the best work around for now, while folks report this to Apple.

first generation apple watch

Hi Mary and Apple Accessibility, I agree that there is a bug, but the work-around is easy and one can’t really say it “breaks” accessibility in any way. I wonder if a sighted user can drag an app into a folder in the dock when the dock is full. Emphasis here is on “when the dock is full”
