apple watch and heart rate measure

Hello list My watch shows my heart rate very high. I had it checked by the doctor with a meetre and by hand and now it seems that the apple watch measures it almost twice as fast as the normal rate. Is there a way to calibrate the apple watch and does others experience the same? Regards Fanus

Hi, I am not aware of a way to calibrate an Apple Watch series 2 or higher though I stand to be corrected. The only suggestions I have are to check the watch is correctly positioned at the top of your wrist and check how tight you have your watch band. My heart rate on my series 2 agrees with
