choose an alternative character so maybe try not to press too hard on the keys?

I got a 1.5-hour book onto the watch when it was plugged in overnight. I
couldn't transfer a 9-hour book, though. Transferring is slow and likely to
fail, so your best bet is to do short books. And nothing will transfer unless
the watch is on the charger.

I find it the other workouts to start after 15 minutes of brisk walking as
well. What you do is you tell Siri to start an out door walk.

vibration platforms? they are said to be better and more effective than
