I like your idea and will save it for future use. What I did was turn on
slide to type in the rotor and then switch to it and turn it off. Then I
took it back out of the rotor. I will go in to keyboard and have a look
around now and see what else is there. Thanks for the help. It is
You want settings, general, keyboard.
Turn off predictive and slide to type. I also turn off smart punctuation
because when searching in certain places like Bard, titles with apostrophes
don't get found.

I have just updated my phone to the latest IOS 14. I know this was talked
about way back when, but where do you go to turn this annoying slide to type
or whatever it is called, off. I can't stand it when it make suggestions
and then puts them on the screen. It has to go! please tell me how
Maybe because you went past 280 characters that’s why the tweet button is
dimmed? I know it happens to me when I write more than 280 characters, it won’t
let me tweet unless I remove some characters like shorten what I want to say
and then it will allow me.

Well, I posted this on the AppleVis site, with no responses so I'll ask here.
Has anybody noticed Facebook has dictation issues when composing comments where
it duplicates your phrases and puts them in random places causing your comment
to be very messy and your friends to have a wow reaction?
I had the username preceded by the at sign just like i did last week but the
tweet button is dimmed. Does anybody have any idea why this could be? maybe I
just don’t get out enough

I suspect you are correct about the third party issue. I'm going to look in
to this tomorrow when the businesses are back open.

If this phone is being provided by a third party using MDM, Mobile Device
Management; then that may be what is happening.
I just had wiped a first gen SE to use as a backup/wi-fi device and got it
setup and nothing about remote management came up.
This sounds like a program we have in Oregon
I am trying to set up a new phone and everything is going along just fine.
I am now at a point where it is at remote management. It wants me to enter
my credentials to authenticate my device. Anyone know what that is about?

First of all, roaming should be off and it has nothing to do with this anyways.
Make sure you don't have a phone case which covers the proximity sensor or a
screen protector which maybe is not on correctly any more and you can even try
cleaning your screen.

Hi.
I've noticed that after some iOS updates, when I enter my code to unlock my
iPhone X, there is no audible feedback to let me know I entered a number.
However, if I connect a device over Bluetooth, and then turn that device off,
the sound is back. It continues to work until the next iOS
Hi Carolyn,
In VoiceOver Settings, go to Audio and make sure Auto-Select Speaker in Call is
on. If it is, your phone should switch to the speaker when you move it away
from your face during a call.
I am not sure exactly what changes when you turn Roaming on, but I've always
left it off.
1. I can't get my phone to go on speaker, when I am on
a phone call. I went into settings to Audio and to Phone,
and I could not find anything I needed to do. In Audio , it
is set for speaker to come on, while I am in a conversation.

I have what I think is a very extensive list on my web site. I sometimes find I
missed something; but I like my way of organizing the list better than most
that I've seen.

You still need to follow the same procedure when obtaining free apps and
other digital offerings in the Apple ecosystem. It doesn't matter whether
there's a price or not. You won't be charged any money for free apps
though. This keeps things consistent and also helps make certain people

Hi Michael, thanks for the info. one question more sometimes I get get
and there is no mention of money so I try it and then get told to touch
id before downloading. If I'd known there was a price I wouldn't have
paid but there you go. I will try the apoplevis website in future. once
again
When it says get, without a price then it's free, but if it says something like
"$1.99" then that's how much it'll cost to purchase. Also, when you get the
list of games in the email there's usually a link to click on to review all of
its information.

Hello Janet. Unfortunately, when it comes to accessible games, the odds are
pretty low that a game featured in one of these lists will turn out to be
accessible. It does happen every so often, but I'd be careful spending
money on a game before you check on the Applevis site. At the very least,

every week we get sent a list of games we might like. please can
someone tell me how I find out if they are accessible and where to read
reviews on them. when I go to the app store it also doesn't tell me how
much they are it just says get.
