No, it is turned off. All I had to do was call Apple accessibility, and switch voices in voiceover. Now it’s working fine. However, my App Store apps are not showing up. You know how after it says, personalized recommendations, it should give you a whole list of apps that have been updated

If Xfinity cannot fix it, you may need to try Apple Accessibility, but it sounds like you are maybe in that update screen where you have to pick your language, I always just double tap where it says jibberish and usually I get English and go from there. If not, at least Apple Accessibility
