Braille Sense On Hand

Hello everybody, I need to connect my Iphone to the Braille Sense OnHand Braille notetaker. I have followed all the steps listed in the Hims OnHand manual, but the Iphone doesn't see the Braille device. I've an Iphone 4 and a 6.3 IOS version. On despair, just for test, I tried to
