I have used Anker cables for my 5C phone and have had no problems with the
12-inch or 6-foot cables. Only one time did the 3-foot cable simply stop
charging my phone. It connected securely and I didn't get an error message, it
just stopped charging, so I replaced it and have had no problem

When I read an audio book in Dropbox, I can leave the folder and when I go
back, it picks up in the file right where it left off. I never need to bookmark
it at all. This should work for you as well.
