I’d expect this subscription could pay for things like new audio formats like ogg could be played. Also maybe newer voices like those from Microsofft. Take a chance and see what happens. I wish people weren’t so picky. I will support voice dream reader and I really hope others will do so as well.

There are two other alternatives worth mentioning, if what one mostly uses Voice Dream  for is to read Bookshare books. If one already has a Victor Reader Stream, it can be used and books can be downloaded to it directly. Also, if one already has Jaws on a computer, Jaws has FS reader within it.

I just reviewe! d this thread. First off, newer phones don’t have a sim tray. My SE has a very small hole on the left side to eject the sim card. There are time when a sim card can get corrupted and need replacing. And often the diagnostic codes sent to the phone will disconnect the network

I haven’t updated Sound Scape yet. In any case, I already switched to Voice Vista. This is a fantastic Sound Scape clone made possible when Sound Scape went open source. Voice Vista has many more features than Sound Scape and something new is release almost every week. Try it; you’ll like it.
