Same with Verizon’s site. It’s like they are hiding the various pricing on calling plans. Am I missing something? For those who have shopped around, what is your method? I’m inclined to go to a store to at least get some answers, but haven’t had the time. Any advice is appreciated. I looked at Xfinity Mobile, which is at least easier to navigate, but it looks like you have to have their internet service, which I do not. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list. Verizon Accessibility Number, was Re: shopping for mobile plans
What is the Verizon Accessibility number?I want to check into these plans, I hope they are not just lans for your area. Thanks in advance. Thank goodness for the accessibility line. When I tried calling the regular number, I was given this message about the reduced staff due to COVID and pretty much given the only option of clicking on a link they texted to me to do an online chat session. I hung up and called the accessibility line and got a person after maybe a 10 minute wait. We were on Consumer cellular before Xfinity offered their plan. Consumer cellular was quite affordable and very good customer service. I suggest calling the various companies. I know Consumer Cellular will give you all the details up front. Verizon does have an accessibility department, so maybe they would be more helpful. I don't have much experience with anyone else. I’m currently on Verizon with my new unlocked SE 2020 and want to look at potentially switching. I cannot even figure out T-Mobile’s site, even with the accessibility mode turned on.
