Lost Keyboard, Contacts Losing Focus

Hi, All. My keyboard no longer shows up. How do I get it back? Also, when i try to focus on a contact, my 6S loses focus and tells me I have 407 contacts. The only remedy is to flick up from the very last contacts until I get back to the desired one. Is this fixable? Dulce Sent from my

And finally, my phone is starting to do what often used to happen in jaws. After I send an email the phone go silent for a while. This also never used to happen. I want to those persons that clears the app switcher out regularly so I'm not sure if this is my server or something else going on. I
