Yes, and it has happened in previous versions of iOS as well. The solution I
use is to reboot my iPhone. I suspect it is caused by memory fragmentation.

issue. Even sighted users are having this issue, I have seen several forums
where sighted people are complaining that when they try to close an app
VoiceOver gets enabled and they have a hard time turning it off. LOL.
