Hello, the time speaking more consistently when the phone is unlocked is a feature of iOS 15. There is another thread on hourly chime apps where Richard recommended the Talking Time app, so you might consider it. For me that might be nice to have but not required at this point. Bill Outman

Hi All, I updated my iPhone 10Xr this weekend to 15.1. My VoiceOver Clock does not announce the hourly time as it did in the previous version. The weird thing is, if my phone is unlocked , the time announces. Any suggestions on how to fix this? If not, any other recommendations for an hourly
