JAWS 19 and Windows 10 issues with focusing

Hello All, I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and having some major issues with JAWS focusing and navigating screens. If the software has a windows popping up such as the interruption screen when copying a file. The windows that asks if you want to skip, replace, etc. the file.

Can anyone tell me why it stops reading every 5 plus minutes? I was having it read a document that was 28 minutes long and it kept stopping and I had to hit play twice to get it to continue?
