If you are still within your trial period, I would seriously look at the Oticon brand. Another helpful resource may be the state agency that serves blind and visually impaired people in your state. Even though you may not be eligible for services, you may be able to find out whether there is a specific audiologist in your area that has worked with individuals with both a vision and hearing loss. Having an audiologist that understands the unique issues blind hearing aid users experience is invalualbe when selecting the right pair of hearing aids and the subsequent programming of the aids.
