Dan, you can set it to use either uncontracted or contracted braille and it will recognize all braille symbols. There is a guide on AppleVis that even though it was written under iOS 8, is still relevant. Here is the link to that

The iPhone 11 has better battery life and generally speaking a newer model usually would have improved battery life over the same model from the year before. Of course once a phone gets to be 2 or 3 years old the battery capacity is not what it was when the phone was new. -Original

No, a blind person can not use a Drone. There maybe some things you could do since many Drones have something like a Follow Me feature which when engaged makes the Drone follow you around, it is sort of wirelessly tethered to your iPhone, but the fact is that you have to see your Drone to fly
