tracking was apart of WatchOS 7. So you should be able to use it on a

I've had a battery drain issue a couple of times for the minor updates.
Completely turning off and back on the phone resolved whatever buggy stuff was
going on under the hood.
I guess you could try restoring from a backup or starting fresh if that doesn't
work, but that seems rather extreme.
Sadly, that was my only op[tion, to completely erase the watch and then
download the update. Unless somebody has a better idea…
