Problem is resolved! My ISA Server block VNC traffic to different network
segment. So I just disable ISA client from my XP client, it works fine now.

Error 10055 normally means that there are too many connections open on
either the server or viewer machine, meaning that the OS can't allocate
enough memory to manage them all. Try running netstat -an on both the
server and viewer when you see this error check how many established

I have a vague recollection of process leader problems with telnet (I
too use SSH, as it is the only reasonable way to go these days. ;-)).
Try this:

Make sure that Xvnc has all the appropriate processes
Same thing happens when I start vncserver from the system console, and
then exit the terminal session in which I started it.
