WOW? I don't know how to respond to that one. Windows is just a corrupt piece of software waiting to fall over. When I used to work for a school years back we constantly lost data from our backups and ended up teaching our staff members to backup themselves. WOW! It's nice to know people still

Hi Merv, It is apparently an Epson printer or possibly scanner driver. So suggest you have check your Epson hardware and see if it is working as it should, and if not reinstall the driver. You could turn off the device and see if you can empty your trash bin. Regards, Philippe C. 2009/7/5
