I have been with Exetel for 9 months now and, after varying periods with Telstra, Optus, AAPT and TPG, Exetel has been far above any of those others for what I want from a phone and broadband provider. Their rates are very good (they have just raised the cost of phone calls unfortunately)

I'm still happy with iiNet's naked account after almost 3 years. Their phone support has been fine and they give you the option for a call back if you can't be bothered waiting on hold - particularly useful when on a mobile phone. Naked gives ADSL2+ as well as free local national calls and
