We had a fairly easy ride with Iinet side of things for the switch to NBN, any
holdups were with NBNco. As we’ve been on for a year or more the pain of
switchover is long forgotten. Iinet have also been reliable with phone support
over the years. No complaints here.

Hi
We had to go on the NBN shortly and on my brother in law’s recommendation I
tried Aussie Broadband. The result has been fantastic! Cheaper, guaranteed
Australian call centre (which makes a huge difference being older and deafer),
constant updates of what is going on (whilst connecting) Since
I can not see speak highly enough of Westnet, though they are in the iiNet
fold. Great, prompt service and fast action where needed. I have been with
them for about 20 years.

I made the change to NBN about 12 months ago with iinet and it was a seamless
change from ADSL

M !
I am with Bigpond and recently spoke with them about my forthcoming NBN (second
half of 2019).
They said it will happen automatically and I will get a new free modem that I
simply plug in.
Nothing else to do.
All sounds too easy to me.
Got me worried too now !

We need to make a move to NBN in the next few months.
I did want to keep my email address, but…
Does anyone have nice things to say about NBN providers???
Worried…

Similar with ‘Bigpuddle’. Took 2-3 months to get a reliable full time
connection. Countless phones calls...
Now working.
One thing we asked for was upgrade to mobile data allowance- for free, as we
had no, or unreliable, home line or internet for weeks.

Sorry - smoke coming out of my ears
I guess this is the sad result of a great WA company being taken over by TPG
I have been a loyal iiNet customer for 25 years
15 days ago I signed up with iiNet to switch from iiNet Broadband to iiNet NBN
After numerous stuff-ups, being on hold for 20 - 40
Thanks Ronni, It would be must useful to have.

Hi Severin,
Have a look at Team Viewer 14 which is optimised for Mojave.
I’ve used Team Viewer over the years to connect to remote computers for support
and also to connect to one of my computers when I’ve been away from my home
office.
