HI Peter I run Windows XP as that is all the software I run requires. So maybe think about what you wish to run and its requirements now and for the near future, and buy the OS to suit. Always the best place to start. then look at the requirements for the OS in regard to performance

That yellow symbol says there is something wrong with that device, usually it's drivers, and that it wont work. So it sounds like you do need to download the appropriate bootcamp and or bootcamp drivers as Patrick has suggested. I have not personally done this so I can't advise on the specifics.

It could also be the IP Address of the Windows Mac. Make sure the first four sections (octets) are the same as the other two machines. Try to 'Ping' between the machines. It's easy, try Google. To check if the drivers are the problem right click on 'My Computer' select 'Manage'. When this opens
