More than likely this is a permissions problem. Which
is why it appears for some users probably with less
access. So this would be a good starting point to
check. If the permissions are fine, you can try the
lower two workarounds. I've found that the first one
is sometimes needed.

They are run as sudo (or root) so be carefull to type
the exact command (copy and paste is probably best.

I haven't got a 10.3.9 machine in front of me to test this evening,
but in Tiger (10.4.4) with iCal 2.0.3 there is an option in the Print
dialogue. Under an Options heading there are two tickboxes:
Mini-monhts and Calendar Keys. Obviously, turning off the
Mini-months increases the amout

I recently upgraded to iLife 06.
