Hi Reg, With the extra 4GB of RAM that is still cheaper than I paid for the previous 2.8GHz model with 2GB of RAM. No Ed discount of course. If you can afford the 750GB drive then grab it but believe me the 500GB is huge! The FW800 port gives excellent opportunity for adding secondary storage
