I randomly clicked user pages in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedians_in_Arkansas and found many 5,000+ currently editing Wikipedians, and one 40,000+ editor. Sounds like hitting user_talk pages might be a better approach to finding suitable Wikipedians. On Wed, Oct 14, 2015 at

Thanks Chris for forwarding that along, yeah I agree edit count isnt an ideal indicator yet its one measure that can be used from half a world away to indicate experience and given the user I'm trying to help has ruffled community feathers knowledge of and being known by the community is important
