When I upload photos to commons, I try to add the photos to relevant pages. It seems a tough process. 1. copy the info of the image from commons.( using use this file ) 2. open the relevant page in wikipedia 3. click the edit page. 4. paste the image info from the clip board. 5. save the page. E
