What I suggest is if you do need to sign a personal guarantee, do it very
very sparingly. If you have a personal guarantee, though, keep it at the
top of the getting paid list - especially when SHTF.

a personal guarantee. It's interesting how many corporations don't hold
regular shareholder's meetings. That is often the easiest way that people

That sounds pretty typical for a structural study. Many tower companies will
require this study each time a new tenant proposes to add equipment to the
tower. Also watch out for any application fees and the requirement to use
only their approved construction crews. That could affect your
Structural analasis fee is appropriately priced. But most likely the
structural is NOT needed. When Telco's put up elaborate infrastrucure it is
often needed.
It is not likely needed for a small WISP installtion. Its also likely that
