consider joining FISPA, and getting AT&T discounted pricing thru the
FISPA contracts.
Most of AT&T products priced thru FISPA are at some of the steepest

Just tell them you signed an NDA and cannot reveal pricing...but that you
can say, it's cheaper than yours...that usually works...tell them to come
back a few times and then that usually knocks off some $$$. Our last quote
for BW dropped over $800/mth from the original offer.

Cogent is cheap (watch for there half price sales...) I've seen 100Mb/s
from them as low as like $300
Everyone else hates cogent. I had a Verizon rep quote me something l
