I got 4 1/2 feet of water in the basement but other than that all is ok with me. 2 blocks away houses were swept down the river with water reaching up to 12 feet. It's about the same size and everything... :) Heck, this email comes to you by way of an old Celeron 1.3GHz PC that's routing our whole network, over 25Mbps at peak times, that never goes over about 10% CPU utilization, running Mikrotik RouterOS. If it's good enough for WISPA, it's probably good enough for most of your customers. Hello everyone! Im using MT W/ OSPF and Im unable to hitcertain backhaul radios or computers on my backhaul sub. Example: On a switch (Radio, Ftp Server Web server, MT Router)---(Backhaul10.10.1.x/24)---Radio-MT router ether1 (Same Board)MT Ether2RadioAP--(wireless sub 10.155.2.x/24)Client If im on the client end I cannot reach my internal ftp server or my web server, but I can hit my core router(10.10.1.x) or my Mt router ether1(same sub)at the tower. So in short, anything plugged into my switch atthe NOC besides my core routerI canaccess. Weird! If your a linux guy or have one you know, you can use a program called conflux (www.conflux.ee) its a groupware program that has mail, calendar, job ect. Its very clean and functional with a nice interface (http). I use this so I can hit my schedule anywhere on the net. Any groupware will work but this is the best Iv seen (free up to 5 users). Egroupware (www.egroupware.org) is another one, less visual pleasing than conflux and its free plus it syncs with outlook (I think). I like conflux the best due to its job and time tracking ability.
