We usually compile them and send em to an attorney that sends out 1
nastygram form letter. We get some $$ back that way. I have always
functioned under the assumption that folks who don't pay their bills
etc. aren't too likely to bring it up in public.

Is this a residential customer ? Is it worth the bad advertising on your part to pursue it ? What were their reasons for cancelling ? We don't even have a contract in place any longer. We have a TOS and an acceptable use policy in place but no need to waste our time with the extra paperwork for
