Fiber doesn't suffer from interference or have a low number of frequencies
you can use at one location.

That's still a pretty hard thing for a small provider to swallow when they

We price on sustained bandwidth and power. If you don't break out power at
least stick a clause in the agreement that gives you the ability to pass
power increases or green taxes if they come about.

This is no way meant to be an excuse but.
I've talked to several WISPs/ISPs over the last year or two and many don't
really understand the need for filling out form 477. Some of the smaller
WISPs/ISPs give up in frustration and others don't even know that it exists.

If they were smart they would enlist the help of the companies that make and
sell gear. Get them to help spread the word as to the good that form 477
can lead to. The incentive for spreading the word is more business.

For the WISP that is still charging $30+ for 384k service, what are you
doing to bring those customers more bang for their buck? Are you trying to
increase speeds or bring pricing down?

I've heard the You guys are great! You answer the phone, you're reliable,
blah, blah, blah then two weeks later Well I got an offer I couldn't
refuse and you look at the offer and they end up paying more over the
lifetime of their contract.

I had CactiEZ running in a VM Ware on a Dell 1850 with 4GB of ram. It did
fine with about 200 devices but the time would drift really bad.In 10
minutes the time would be off by hours.I am now running it on the same
1850 but not in a VM with a few hundred graphs now.

Does anyone have some language they can share on a colo agreement? I've got
everything worked out except for exclusive use of the unlicensed bands at
that site. I want to prevent someone from renting space and parking their
gear on the same frequencies I am using.

The site owner is verbally ok with such language so we are going to put it
in. One of the companies we compete in another market does the same thing
with their leases.
