different mode on VFOB? If not we can put some logic in to avoid setting mode
on VFOB. Most rigs can set VFOB to a separate mode but older rigs do not have
targetable mode.

so there is a problem with reading any invalid response

When transmitting in split mode VFOA=Rx and VFOB=Tx and one changes
the Tx frequency WSJT-X assumes since VFOB is the current VFO that it
reverses roles and sets VFOA frequency instead.
